July 24, 2005—Leroy Kardon, SIOR, announces the successful completion of four sales in Moorestown, NJ. Leroy found buyers for four properties with a combined 135,000 square feet and total sales of $5.7 million.

  • NW Sign Industries, Inc. purchased 360 Crider Ave., a 58,143-square-foot building, to accommodate its expansion from the Pennsauken Airport Industrial Park. The sale price was $1.2 million.

  • D & J Electronics purchased the 12,500-square-foot 215 Executive Drive property for $810,000. The company moved from Delaware County, PA.

  • Perfect Printing moved to a 40,100-square-foot building at 1533 Glen Avenue consolidating its operations from several small condo flex units in Cherry Hill, NJ. The purchase price was $1.4 million.

  • RCH Cable Contractors consolidated its operations into the 30,900-square-foot building at 301 Commerce Drive, at a cost of $2.3 million.
