Leroy “Roy” Kardon, SIOR, is a two-time winner of the prestigious NAI Gold Club Award, which recognizes the top 50 brokers worldwide doing business within the NAI Global commercial real estate system. In early 2005, Roy won Mack Cali’s Southern New Jersey’s Most Building Tours Award for 2004. Mack Cali is one of largest real estate investment trust (REITS) in Southern New Jersey and the entire nation.

As a landlord representative, Roy is proud to have maintained relationships that have continued for years. The best example of this achievement is his work for the Bleznak Organization, which has relied on Roy to maintain almost 100% leasing of the organization’s 376,000 square feet of flex space with more than 50 tenants in occupancy at one time.

In 10 years, Roy has handled 300+ transactions totaling more than 3.3 million square feet with a value in excess of $65 million. Some of his clients include:

Philanthropic

Roy believes in giving back to the community, serving as Co-Chair for American Cancer Society’s Bike-A-Thon, the single largest fundraising event in the Delaware Valley region. He serves on the Board of Directors of Golden Slipper Club, a charitable group that runs a summer camp for almost 800 underprivileged children as well as a short- and long-term rehabilitation and nursing care center and a senior citizens center serving nearly 1,500 senior citizens in the Greater Philadelphia region. In addition, Roy is a VIP Hero blood and platelet donor for The American Red Cross.
